Wonderful winter

For winter is the time of year for day-dreaming of wonderful things. The snowflakes fall, you freeze outside,the bunnies squeak, the sun leaves the sky. I miss summer, autumn was fine. The ice shimmers before my eyes. But what I miss the most is the sweet taste of ice-cream saturating my tongue. Winter is a wonderland.

Room 8 have learnt the structure of an explanation and have been practising writing explanations in class. We wrote about how to make a new friend and then turned it into a presentation to put onto our individual blogs.

My name is Lauren, I am a student at St.Bernadettes School. My teachers are Miss Bergin and Miss Hamilton. I am in room 8 and I am a year five. In my free time I watch youtube or or play with my friends.my favourite food is ICE-CREAM and I love the movie anaconda! My learning goal is to get better at maths.
